installing instruction

1, open the package to check if the component in comply with the list.

2, check the flange surface to ensure there is no dents, gouges, rust, debris and grease, the roughness of flange surface is between 3.2-6.2um.

3, aligning flange. ensure the flange surface be coaxial, load the washer parallel and carefully. prohibit the use of adhesives, grease or lubricant on the gasket or the flange surface, to avoid gasket damage and bad application effect.

4, mounting bolts. smear lubricant on the position of the screw thread of bolt and nut and assembled. mount bolts with the metal gasket, the insulating gasket and bolt respectively in sequence. (note: the metal washers and nuts are always adjacent.)

5, all bolts pre-installed and preload until the flange and gasket contact with each other.

6, using the micrometer and other tools to check the space between the flange and gasket, if there is a gap, indicating that flange assembly unparallel, please after unscrew the bolts little by little and then retighten until there is no gap between the flange and gasket . if the flange assembly unparallel, it will damage on the insulation pads caused by large partial load.

7, tighten the nut in diagonally order with 30% of the recommended bolt torque.

8, tighten the nut in diagonally order with 50 percent of the recommended bolt torque.

9, tighten the nut in diagonal sequence according to the recommended bolt torque. (too big bolt torque will cause leakage).
