tanzania natural gas pipeline project which is located in the east coast of tanzania, with a total length of 542 km, constituted by an onshore main pipeline, an onshore branch and an offshore pipeline. the main pipeline starts from mtwara initial station, and ends at the dar es salaam terminal. the offshore pipeline starts from the songo songo island and ends at saman jia junction point. there are 5 compressor stations and 19 block valve stations in the whole line.
